What’s in it
Five screens. Nothing that needs a tutorial.
Today
The check-in, and whatever your therapist has left for you.One screen, opened once a day. The check-in is the first thing on it — not buried under a dashboard — plus your streak, whatever you were last listening to, and anything assigned to you since yesterday.
Library
Recordings to listen to, downloaded for when there is no signal. The audio you would otherwise only hear in a session: relaxation, sleep, getting through a specific week. Plays with the screen off, keeps your place, and downloads to the phone so a train tunnel does not end it.
Breathe
Three patterns, paced on screen. Free forever, for everyone.Timed and animated so the phone can stay in your hand or your pocket. It is the lowest-friction thing the app does, which is exactly why it is never behind anything.
Journal
Private writing. We cannot read it — not even the people who run the app.Free text, searchable, with a timeline you can scroll back through. Entries write to the phone first and sync when there is a connection, so it works on a plane.
Learn
The explanations, properly typeset, with your place kept. The same writing you can read on this site, and a good deal more of it. Categories, reading progress, save for later, and downloadable to read offline.
Real screens go here once the app is built. The outlines are placeholders, and nothing about them is the final design.
