what we help with

Different names, one mechanism underneath.

People arrive with a word — anxiety, insomnia, the drinking, my confidence.

And the word matters, because it is how you have been carrying it. But underneath most of this list is the same small set of things: a brain predicting threat, a pattern practised until it runs on its own, and a nervous system that has not properly stood down in a long time.

Which is why the list is long and the work is not a different thing for each item on it.

If yours isn’t here, it almost certainly still fits. Ask us, and explore it on a free initial session.

We are not a replacement for medical care

Nothing here diagnoses anything, and several of these need a GP alongside us rather than instead of us. We’ll always say which.

no cost, no commitment

Not sure which of these is yours?

That is a good reason to have the free initial appointment rather than a reason not to. No cost, and you’ll get an honest answer about whether we can help.
